2020 Exhibitor & Vendor Descriptions

Exhibitor/Vendor Area:
Exhibitor/Vendor spaces will line the perimeter of the Exhibitor/Vendor – Poster Display area in the Corpus Christi Ballroom. The welcome reception and all coffee breaks will be held in proximity to this venue.

Exhibitor/Vendor Space Pricing
For-Profit:  $425
Non-Profit: $125

One representative from each Exhibitor/Vendor is required to register for the meeting and be responsible for the Exhibitor/Vendor space and any service fees. Three additional representatives can be named for each Exhibitor/Vendor. For security purposes, all Exhibitor/Vendor representatives will be required to show their name badge for after hours access.

Exhibitor/Vendor Space
Each Exhibitor/Vendor space will consist of two 6 ft draped and skirted tables, with the option of a third at a $25 fee, plus two chairs, and a trash receptacle.

Each Exhibitor/Vendor table will be provided with a table top tent style name sign on white card stock with black text. No banners, signs, etc. may be affixed to any hard surface. Please notify the Exhibitor/Vendor Chair of any special display space arrangements such as standing signs or racks in order to conform with the space and Fire Marshal Code.

By selecting an Exhibitor/Vendor space at the 2020 SERSTM, Exhibitors and Vendors agree that they shall indemnify and hold harmless hotel and its servicing agents from all liability (damage or accident) which might ensue from any cause resulting or connected with transportation, placing, removal or display of exhibits.

 

Exhibitor/Vendor Services
Free Wi-Fi Internet will be provided in the Exhibitor/Vendor area throughout the meeting.

Power can be provided for a one-time meeting fee of $85 when registering as an Exhibitor/Vendor through the meeting website. Exhibitors/Vendors wishing to order power onsite after arrival will be responsible for directly coordinating with the hotel at their daily rate of $65 + taxes and fees.

Shipping, handling, delivery, and storage can be provided by the hotel. For specific information please e-mail the Exhibitor/Vendor chair.

Thursday, February 6 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Publicity Description
The Exhibitor/Vendor chair will contact each Exhibitor/Vendor representative prior to the meeting and request a brief description of your table (organization description, logo, display information, sale items).  Program inclusion and advance promotions through various media venues will provide the exhibitors/vendors organizational exposure.
